Gikondena usab ni Lieutenant Colonel Lyndon Paniza ang tigpamaba sa 10th Infantry Division ang padayon nga paggamit sa New People’s Army kon NPA sa improvised landmines. dugang pa ni Lt. Col. Paniza.
