who will be responsible for the training and development of agents to enable them to understand the concept of mutual funds and contribute to company sales; will also be in-charge of identifying and acquiring new businesses in the assigned area/region.
Applicants must have the following requirements:
ü College graduate of any course, preferably in Business Management / Marketing
ü Related work experience is not required but preferred. Sales exposure in financial services is a plus factor.
ü With good communications, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
ü Innovative, a self-starter, goal-oriented, and with a strong commitment to excellence and customer service.
ü Willing to travel
